Biography

Dr. Nassim Shavisi is currently working as an associate professor of food hygiene at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran. She is a DVM and Ph.D graduate of Food Hygiene from University of Tabriz and University of Tehran, respectively. Dr. Shavisi began working in the Department of Food Hygiene at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Razi University, from September 2017. The following courses being taught by Dr. Shavisi: microbial food control, milk hygiene, and epidemiology. Her research interests include smart and active food packaging.
